Zara pleated top & Mango patent peep-toe stiletto heels

Got my hair cut today and while I was strolling around town I picked up these two beauties...

Zara pink top with front pleating, I adore the black one so I figured a lighter color would be nice for summer

 I've been looking for a pair of nude patent peep-toe heels for AGES but haven't found ones that I liked, until I came across these...

I just couldn't resist, they're the perfect shade of nude and just the right height (heel is 11 cm and the platform is 2 cm).

Long time no blogging... I've been busy with various things this past week. Quick update on the St. Tropez tanner. Turns out I'm not allergic even though I had a bad reaction at first, I took a shower before applying the tanner so I'm 95% sure that's why my skin reacted so badly. Anyway the color is great, it develops into a lovely golden tan within a few hours (not oompa loompa orange). The application is super easy and it dries in just a few minutes, the only thing I would caution you about is leaving it on your skin before blending it out. You really need to work one area at a time with the mousse in order to avoid uneven patches.

Exam results came in today... It's official I'll be graduating June 2nd! wohoo! Inside the green box is my beautiful graduation cap, hihi I'm so excited!

Hair Inspiration + St. Tropez Gradual Tanner

 Getting my hair cut in a few days... long layers and easy brushed out curls- LOVE IT! 

 My ridiculously pale body is gonna get a bit of a boost with the help of this little magic mousse- The St. Tropez Everyday Gradual Tan Mousse

 First thoughts: The smell is pleasant, quite strong since they've clearly used something to cover up the biscuit scent most tanners tend to have but it's by no means overwhelming. 

The mousse is super easy to apply and it dries in no time, unlike many lotions that take forever to be absorbed. Most importantly it doesn't irritate my skin... yet at least. I had a very bad experience with the Dove summer glow tanner last year. I did a patch test and it was fine but when I later applied it on my legs it didn't take long before the burning sensation started. Hopefully St. Tropez will be better, I'll keep you updated on how it goes.

First of May

Sunshine, champagne, delicious food and fantastic company, what more could you ask for? Yesterday was Labour Day here in Finland which meant it was time to chill the champagne, box up some snacks, slap on some sunscreen and head out for a day in the park...

Just got back home from a lovely day out on town with a friend. I'll upload pictures of what I got in the coming days, but in the meantime here is a snap of what I wore today. Black blazer is from Zara (old), grey t-shirt also from Zara and the scarf is by Athena Procopiou from her collection "the enchanted wood".

Apologies for the lack of posting. These past few weeks have been very busy but things are back to normal now and I promise to post more often.

 Bought a bagel with cured salmon on my way back home. I don't think I've ever told you this but I'm obsessed with cured salmon, I think I could live on that stuff...

 Not a cloud in the sky today! So nice to have a few sunny days, it feels so much more like spring.

Spent all afternoon lounging in the sun reading British Vogue.

Hey everyone! Sorry for not posting in a week. I've been busy with work lately, actually had my first shift today at 6:00 (and that's AM if anyone was wondering). So needless to say I didn't get much sleep last night but I'll be back to regular blogging tomorrow.
